My name is Danielle. I am an addict, and I have suffered from mental illness my whole life.

My co-occurring conditions have made life difficult, to say the least.

There has been much devastation due to my symptoms. Low self-worth and low self-esteem have plagued me. I have had many relationships that resulted in children out of wedlock. I was looking for love in all the wrong places….

All of my relationships suffered, and many times I was left totally defeated. I had children taken away from me, and missed out on many of the most important events of their lives. Because of my addictions, mental illness, and poor life choices, I am working to repair those relationships to this day.

I sought help many times through doctors and mental care providers, churches, 12-step recovery programs. I’ve had some success and long stretches of sobriety. The last time I relapsed I lost faith in the mental health industry. stopped taking my meds. I was self-medicating with drugs and alcohol. I was well on my way to death. Luckily, I was incarcerated. I spent three months in jail and three months in rehab. I believe this saved my life.

When I came home, my friend told me about a life-coaching group called GO Broken to Beautiful. Through that course, I learned the tools that have ignited success in all six areas of life. I now practice control over my thoughts, feelings, and emotions. I have the tools now to live the life I create. Instead of life happening TO me, life is happening FOR me.

I used to be stuck in old negative thinking patterns and negative self-talk that ultimately ruined my chances for having a good life. Now I embody the power to break generational curses and can move my family out of generations of dysfunction, abuse, depression, darkness, and evil.

Through the GO Broken to Beautiful program, I have found my new career path and destiny. With GO Broken to Beautiful, I can truly help others. This program has helped me tremendously. I am free to stand beside my Creator and co-create the life I live and love.

I understand the hamster wheel of negative thoughts that keep you paralyzed, believing you can’t. I understand the frustration of going from doctor to doctor, trying med after med to find reasonable solutions to the endless circle of problems and despair.

I am an addict. I know. And I can help.
